Our functional fitness program has been helping to keep Cedar Park and Austin fit since 2010. We are a hardcore Austin Fitness gym that contains the essentials to get you into the best shape of your life along with a community of positive people who support, motivate and better each other every day. Our mission is to help create a stronger, leaner, healthier you.


Pinnacle Fit includes mobility, strength training, metabolic conditioning(Cardio) and even some fun kickboxing workouts. We incorporate resistance training, agility training and metabolic conditioning to increase speed, stamina, coordination, balance and strength. In our warm ups we utilize dynamic movements and stretches to prepare the body and mind to do work.

Is Pinnacle Fit like a Boot Camp or Crossfit?

Pinnacle Fit is the fit between a Fitness Boot Camp and Crossfit. We do utilized barbell exercises but only under strict form and in a safe manner. We build new clients up to exercises through a series of stretching and technical practice. However our program is not a fluffy Boot Camp, you will sweat, you will get a workout and you will get results.

What can I expect?

You can expect to be motivated, encouraged and challenged to reach your fitness and weight loss goals. If you don’t know what your goals are or should be, we can help you with that too. From there, we will work with you on an individual basis to help you achieve the body and fitness that you want through fun workouts and proper nutrition.

Can I try a class before I decide to join?

Yes! It’s important to feel comfortable with your trainers and comrades. Many of our longtime members started out just like yourself and wanted to give working a “try out” before deciding to join.

I’m not a runner. Can I still participate?

You bet, you’re not alone! Please let us know about your activity level on your registration form or by telling your instructor via email or in person while at the gym. We know that everyone is unique and will work to provide you with alternatives to keep you going.

What if my schedule is crazy, can I only attend a few days per week?

It’s all good, we understand! For this reason, we offer multiple times morning and night. While everyone’s schedule is different, it is important to make the time to take care of ourselves! Maybe that means going to bed a little early to take our 5:15 am class, or making time for one of our afternoon or evening classes. It’s important to take care of you so that you can take care of those who depend on you.

What if I have a knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle or wrist problem(s). May I still participate in fitness workouts?

Sure! As long as the problem is not a recent or unhealed injury that would prevent you from working out. Just let us know what the issue is, what you feel your limitations are and we will modify any exercises to safely keep your progress moving along!

I’m really not in very good shape. Is Pinnacle Fit right for me?

Some of our workouts and activities are done for timed intervals but not all of them. So if you are just beginning, you are able to push yourself to your ability within a certain timed interval (i.e. 30 seconds of push ups). If you need us to modify an exercise for you, great just let us know.
